Our Exchange Policy
We offer easy 30-day exchanges on all items. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, colour, or style, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind — all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
How to Start an Exchange
- Email hello@leilaandbloom.com with your order number
- Tell us what you received and what you'd like instead
- Include a photo if the item is damaged or defective
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
For exchanges due to sizing or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items purchased during final sale events
