Ring Size Guide
Not sure of your ring size? Use one of the methods below. If you're between sizes, always size up.
Method 1 — Measure an Existing Ring
Place a ring that fits your desired finger on a flat surface. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres with a ruler and find your size in the chart below.
Method 2 — Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger
- Mark where the paper overlaps
- Measure that length in millimetres
- Divide by 3.14 to get your diameter in mm
Tip: measure in the evening when fingers are slightly larger. Make sure the strip can slide over your knuckle.

Tips
- If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure your knuckle and size up
- A well-fitting ring slides on with slight resistance and comes off with a little effort
- For wide band rings, go half a size up
