Thank you for your Leila & Bloom order! Every piece is handcrafted in our Toronto studio and shipped directly to you with care.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Canada
- Standard Shipping — $6.00 CAD (5–10 business days)
- FREE Shipping — on orders over $50 CAD
- Expedited Shipping — $15.00 CAD (2–3 business days)
All Canadian orders ship via Canada Post with tracking.
United States
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 USD (5–8 business days)
- FREE Shipping — on orders over $50 USD
- Expedited Shipping — $18.00 USD (2–4 business days)
US customers are generally not subject to duties on jewellery orders under $800 USD.
International
- Standard International — $15.00 CAD (10–20 business days)
- FREE Shipping — on orders over $75 CAD
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, email hello@leilaandbloom.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will reship or issue a full refund.
